I'm deeply grate to have had the opportunity to work with Coach Bill through TNM. His compassion created a safe and welcoming space where I felt truly seen, heard, and supported. He has an incredible ability to gently but effecitvely dig into the heart of the issue, helping me uncover beliefs and patterns that I didn't even realize were holding me back. His knowledge, insight, and intuition made a profound impact on my journey. One of his special gifts was how observant and attuned he was to everyone on the calls - if someone was struggling, he didn't hesitate to reach out with kindness and care. His energy, enthusiasm, and genuine concern for each of us set him apart. I always looked forward to my coaching calls with him, knowing I'd walk away feeling light, more grounded, and uplifted. He helped me navigate one of my deepest wounds and guided me through one of the toughest turnarounds I faced - helping me see the strength and power I had in my own healing. I have been in therapy many time throughout my adult life, and yet he was able to identify insights and offer perspectives that propelled me forward in ways I had never experienced before - even in therapy. He is a truly gifted coach with the biggest heart and an endearing sense of humor. He also has a way of making someone else's work come to life for others in the group - amplifying insight, connection, and growth through thoughtful reflection and shared wisdom. He is a true servant leader, and it's been a privilege to learn and grow alongside him.

Patient, open minded - appreciate it area that as a human being and f he aging gone through the TNMI, he doesn’t know EVERYTHING. Always with a thought process that is differential to your own. Truly cares.

Coach Bill stood out to me from the very beginning of my March 2024 path. His bio was powerful and touched me. From the beginning coach Bill was an incredible and thoughtful listener. His compassion is heartfelt and genuine. He exemplified the importance of the key components of the program such as the ACT technique. He went above and beyond for me to accommodate my shares with my work schedule. His personality and positivity is infectious. Coach Bill is a true gem. Of my six coaches he was the one I chose to inquire about doing further work with outside of TNM. The quality of everything he does is top notch. I hope that more and more people will benefit from his amazing work. He has touched my life deeply and changed my perspective and outlook on life. I am forever grateful. What did I need from our coaches to get to one year AF? I needed compassion with hard truths, tangible actions to take, new ways of viewing the world. All the coaches have been wonderful, but the one that stands out is Coach Bill. I think all of us April 2024 pathers were unanimous in our love of Coach Bill, in a different and special way than the other coaches. I believe we are all born with certain gifts. Coach Bill has tapped into his in exquisite splendor. His coaching calls left me - and everyone - full of hope. Hope that wasn't fleeting, but like a brick foundation each call would build upon. With hope, change is possible. When Coach Bill would remind us that we were all "fucking awesome," it was felt at our core. And that is not something life tends to send our way. Coach Bill taught us how to really apply the ACT worksheet - he would force some tough work but always with love. He shared just enough of his story to make him relatable. Coach Bill was the first person who made me feel like I could actually turn my back on alcohol. He didn't sugar coat his talk about it. Coach Bill combines all the tools of the Path with some special gift he has for making you feel loved, cared for - that you matter. As we were all working on our relationship with alcohol, that became a cornerstone of stability. Coach Bill has the intense knowledge of the Path, an innate gift for connecting with people, and a heart that marries the two into a profound ability to change lives. I can't recommend Coach Bill highly enough for Path Senior Coach.

Bill is an excellent coach. He listens, he’s very empathetic, he gives great advice when appropriate. He is also engaging in ongoing training and shares his knowledge in many different areas with his clients. I feel safe and validated any time I am on a call with Bill. William Masters is an TNM coach. His personal experiences and knowledge of PATH, Byron Katie, Gabor Mate, and so much more give him the foundation of his coaching. What makes him special, though, is the way he connects and builds relationships with people. Because of Bill and his coaching in my April Path 2024, I have a toolkit full of techniques to use on my journey to a life I don’t want to escape from. He is true treasure.

Bill is so down to earth and compassionate. He is relatable and give such insightful ideas to get us further down the path. I appreciate his own desire to grow as a person and coach. He would make an awesome senior coach for the Path.

Bill is an excellent coach for many reasons. He embodies all the qualties an excellent coach needs to possess. Bill is kind, caring, intelligent and very empathetic. Bill easily connects with people. When Bill is coaching, he not only connects with person being coached but the other participants as well. I have been privileged to have had Coach Bill over last year, while I was doing the Path course. I found he was able to guide me through my crazy emotions while I navigated my way to alcohol freedom. Bill has a way of getting straight to the core with no fluffy stuff. He has an amazing empathy and kindness, while gently getting you to see what is really going on without the story. Bill has been instrumental in my journey to change my life. He has inspired and led me to self discovery which has strengthened my resolve to make a better life for myself and those who love me. Bill is a kind, gentle coach who asks that we find answers within ourselves. He is a Master at his craft and I know he will make a difference in the lives of all who are lucky enough to have him on their team!

Bill was one of my favorite coaches during April Path 2024. He knew how to face the hard stuff with us, how to take time to cut through the BS, and knew how to laugh with us too. He shared his own experiences and struggles when appropriate and made us feel normal even when we didn't. I consider him an excellent coach.

Working on the Path with Bill has been a definite highlight. He always brings something to the table. I may not be expecting it but it is always something I need. He is special.

It is difficult to put into words how instrumental Coach Bill has been in my journey to become alcohol free. He guided me, supported me, comforted me, held me accountable, always keeping me on path to freedom from alcohol, intuitively knowing what I needed.
